BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:

1. Reservation: A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.

2. Payment: Full payment is due by 10 days before the trip departure.

3. Cancellation: Cancellations and refunds are subject to cancellation policies (outlined below).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Cancellation 10 days prior to departure, refund will be only 20% of the deposit amount.

2. Cancellation within 7 days of departure: refund will be 50% of the total package amount.

3. Cancellation within 5 days of departure: No refunds available.

TRIP ALTERATIONS:

1. Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen

circumstances or events beyond our control.

2. Cancellation by Operator: In the event of trip cancellation by the operator, a full refund will be provided or an alternative trip offered.

PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for their health and must ensure they are medically fit to travel.

2. Travel Documents: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid

passports, visas, travel insurance and other necessary travel documents.

3. Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the guidance of the tour leader/agency and respect other participants and local customs.

LIABILITY:

1. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge the risks associated with travel and absolve the tour operator from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss. 

2. Insurance: We recommend participants have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellation, and personal liability.

DISPUTES:

1. Resolution: Any disputes will be subject to the laws of jurisdiction of the courts in COCHIN and attempts will be made to resolve amicably before resorting to legal action.

2. Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute will be settled through arbitration.

By making a reservation and payment, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
